October Meal Plan: Week 1

Two of my favorite new recipes are on the meal plan for this week: Salmon Bites and Tomato Pastina Soup! I’ve been making the salmon for a few weeks and I love having it warm the first night and then cold for lunches on future days.

Plus, find more easy options for every other day of the week to take some of the planning involved in feeding your family off of your shoulders.

I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! There’s also more info in the FAQs about the basic functionality of the meal plans, so take a look there if you are new to the plans.
