This is the easiest way I know how to make homemade pizza that actually tastes like scratch-made and it’s lightning fast. Flatbread Pizza is perfect for an easy dinner or lunch and it’s a great recipe to have in your back pocket since it only needs 3 ingredients!
We eat a lot of pizza in our house and since we don’t have great takeout options in our little town (hard to believe, but it’s true!) I am in the habit of making it from scratch. But I don’t always have the time or energy to make regular whole wheat pizza dough, which is where Flatbread Pizza comes in.
By using a flatbread as the crust, you get the texture of real pizza crust but without the work.
And it cooks up so fast since the crust is already precooked.
