Fluffy Chocolate Muffins
We love these tender muffins for their chocolate flavor but also because they are SO satisfying. They’re great on their own served warm or cold and pair nicely with diced berries or banana as a fun holiday snack.
Chocolate Sugar Cookies
With just a few simple ingredients and a super easy method that the kids can help with, these Chocolate Sugar Cookies are a healthy dessert to share with the kids. We love them plain, but you could even add icing if you want!
Easy Chocolate Cake
This super easy stir-together healthy Chocolate Cake is a cinch to make, and it has less sugar than traditional cakes. Maybe “healthier” is a better description, but whatever you call it, it’s so darn good! (PS: It happens to be vegan!)
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
With slightly less sugar than a classic cookie but the flavor and texture you expect, this is a great recipe to make for the entire family to share. Or bring to a classroom Valentine’s Day party!
Easy Vanilla Cupcakes
This recipe for classic cupcakes is a perfect Valentine’s treat. And you can make slightly pink cream cheese frosting, which many little kids I know would adore!

Chocolate Protein Muffins
Rich and chocolaty but packed with nutrition from veggies and fruit, these moist muffins would also make a healthy Valentine’s Day treat for school since they are nut-free.
Banana Brownies
These easy Banana Brownies are one of our favorite homemade treats to share. The batter comes together easily (and without any fancy equipment!) and the results are so fudgy-perfect. Yum!
Chocolate Smoothie

These cake-style doughnuts are bursting with bright lemon flavor and raspberries. We like to drizzle them with a simple yogurt frosting for yummy Valentine’s Day treats.
Chickpea Blondies
Made with a nutritious yet straightforward ingredient list, these super yummy Chickpea Blondies are a favorite dessert to share. Plus, you’d never know there are chickpeas inside! Add strawberries or cherries to round it out.
Favorite Strawberry Milk
Learn how to make the BEST homemade strawberry milk with simple ingredients and very low added sugar. We love the vitamin C and protein!
Fruit Sticks
Fruit Sticks are one of my very favorite ways to help the kids find fruit more fun—especially when they’re reluctant to try new things…or even fruits they liked last week! This is an activity and snack the kids can help make with any colors for Valentine’s Day. Try offering with peanut butter dip or even ice cream for fun.
Strawberry Cupcakes
These Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes have super yummy fruit flavor, are a great option for a first birthday or toddler birthday, and are the prettiest pale shade of pink!
