– Refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough) – Cream cheese – Cheddar cheese – Broccoli – Spices or herbs such as dried oregano, garlic powder, or onion powder.
Spread the crescent roll dough out on a clean cutting board lined with parchment paper. Evenly spread on the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and broccoli.
Starting at one end, roll up lengthwise. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a serrated knife to cut the roll into 1-inch rounds. Transfer the broccoli cheese pinwheels to the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the broccoli cheese pinwheels for 12-14 minutes or until they are puffed up and golden brown. Serve warm.
Once cooled, you can store the pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
