Transform yogurt and fruit into the yummiest Frozen Yogurt Bites with this simple method. It’s a fun way to serve yogurt, it’s a great snack for warm days, and it’s a fun option for teething relief for littles.
I love serving nutritious ingredients in all sorts of ways and these frozen yogurt bites have become a fun afternoon snack we turn to in my house often. They are a simple mix of ingredients in a fun shape and form—much like my Strawberry Popsicles.
This toddler snack can be served at any time of the day, and it works for a variety of ages. This is one of our favorite frozen dessert recipes and is so easy to make and the only thing to keep in mind is that the texture is best if you let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes so they soften just slightly.

Ingredients You Need
Here’s a look at the ingredients you need to make Frozen Yogurt Bites so you know what to have on hand and ready to go.
- Greek-style plain yogurt: Using Greek yogurt ensures that the frozen yogurt bites will be the creamiest possible. I prefer to use whole-milk yogurt for extra creaminess, too.
- Honey (or maple syrup), optional: You can sweeten this frozen yogurt recipe to taste.
- Vanilla extract: A little vanilla adds flavor, similar to how it works in my Vanilla Yogurt recipe.
- Fruit (raspberries, blueberries, banana, strawberries, or other desired fruit): You can use any fruit you and your kids like here. I prefer to dice it so we’re not biting into big chunks of frozen fruit.
Ingredient Substitutions
Use dairy-free yogurt or even full-fat coconut milk (from a can) to make this recipe dairy-free.
Use frozen fruit in place of the fresh fruit if you’d like.

I made these for my one year old, she loves greek yogurt but she gets it everywhere so these were a perfect cold treat for her without making a huge mess.
