July Meal Plan: Week 3

This time of year can be a little challenging with cooking…at least for me—I feel like we are often out of the house more during the day so there is even less time to cook!

To help, this meal plan has many make-ahead options that can be reheated for quick meals when you need them. Highlights including Pizza Cups, Spinach Eggs, Orzo Pasta Salad and Peach Crumb Bars.

NOTE: A meal plan for me is simply a way to make food and feeding a little easier, and having a rough plan for meals is one thing I rely on. And while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.

This meal plan includes ideas for every meal of the day, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
