July Meal Plan: Week 4
Make it a little easier to feed your family in the coming week with easy recipes for every meal of the day. This is where I’m starting this week, and while I often change my mind or make adjustments when schedules go haywire or we wind up having leftovers, picking a handful of meals to make each week definitely simplifies my life as a mom.
This meal plan includes ideas for every meal of the day, but you can always remove or skip the ones you don’t want to make. So adjust it as you like! (And know I expect that most of you will.)
There is Cherry Tomato Pasta, make-ahead breakfasts including Oatmeal Cups and Mini Blueberry Muffins, and some seasonal sides, too.
(Find FAQs about the meal plans AND make your own custom meal plan. And this extra Vacation Meal plan might be useful, too!)

I just purchased the monthly subscription. Am I missing where the most current meal plan is? I only see as current as July 4th. I’m very excited for this. We are working towards more family style meals to help everyone in the house with being exposed to a variety of foods.
Hi- This is July WEEK 4, so this is the most recent one. Hope that helps and let me know if you need anything else!
Ohhhh! Gotcha! This is what happens when I multitasking! Thank you for the quick reply!
Is there a way to search your recipes for dairy-free only?
On my site go to https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/recipe-index/ and you can put that in the filter. Most of my recipes have dairy-free options though, so you will see recipes that may include dairy in the main recipe and have alternatives in the Notes. That is true for the ones in my meal plan too, there is almost always a df sub in the Notes.
