October Meal Plan: Week 2

Welcome to those of you who are new to the YTF Community and welcome back to everyone else! This week’s meal plan is full of cozy favorites that are also super easy to make. Because I know we all need both!

I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! There’s also more info in the FAQs about the basic functionality of the meal plans, so take a look there if you are new to the plans. Comment with any questions of course!
