Take some of the work off of your plate this week with easy ideas for your family for each meal of the day in the latest YTF Meal Plan.

Apple overnight oats in two glass jars.

This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes.

I aimed for recipes that use a lot of the same ingredients and fewer recipes with eggs to try to keep the cost of groceries down. Highlights this week include Apple Overnight Oats, the rice and bean burritos I keep making for lunch, no bake cookies, and the simplest soup my kids are obsessed with.

I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.

Plus: You can now even pull your shopping list into your favorite grocery store delivery app through Instacart, which makes things even easier!

There’s also more info in the FAQs about the basic functionality of the meal plans, so take a look there if you are new to the plans.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! Comment with any questions of course!
