I wanted a way to help more people shop from the Best Independent Bookstores, so I asked my readers and put together a list of the ones you all love. It’s such a great resource and way to shop to support small businesses!

Best Independent Bookstores

Buying from small bookstores is a great way to send money into local economies, support small businesses, and use your money to support businesses you want to stay open. This list includes some of the ones my readers (and my own family!) love to help make it easier for you to find one near you.

A lot of these stores have all of the books you’d buy on Amazon and also have things like book subsriptions. They’re a great place to look for kids gifts (and adult gifts!) including my own Food Play kids cookbook.
