Take some of the work off of your plate this week with easy ideas for your family for each meal of the day in the latest YTF Meal Plan.

Two bowls with red pepper pasta and forks.

I admit that I have been actively removing items from my to-do list this month that I don’t really have to do. And I’ve been taking steps to simplify the things I do have to do (or want to do). Which means that I am trying to be more realistic about my own bandwidth.

Which is where this week’s meal plan comes into play.

It is designed to take some of the decisions off of our plates by giving us a place to start with recipes. I love this because I find it to be so helpful to have at least a small plan for most days when it comes to feeding my kids.

I am looking forward to the Breakfast Cake and Baked Apple Oatmeal for breakfast, English muffin pizzas for lunch, and Red Pepper Pasta and easy Green Curry for dinner.

NOTE: I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.

And for those weeks when I want to build my own plan from scratch? I use the custom meal plan function too! There’s also more info in the FAQs about the basic functionality of the meal plans, so take a look there if you are new to the plans. Comment with any questions of course!
