Quick Lemon Broccoli Pasta
Bursting with fresh, bright flavor, this Lemon Broccoli Pasta is one of our absolute favorite fast meals. It's ready in less than 20 minutes, you can use fresh or frozen broccoli, and it's perfect for little kids and us adults.
With a short ingredient list and a veggie-loaded sauce, these Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos are such a delicious family meal. (You can even make it in the Instant Pot for dinner in just 25 minutes.)
You can serve this soup chunky or pureed smooth, according to what your family might prefer. There's also a slow cooker option if that's more your speed! Try it as a dip for little kids if they're not into a full bowl.
Amazingly tender and fast, this Greek Yogurt Pizza Dough is the easiest pizza dough ever. There's no yeast, so it doesn't need time to rise—and yet it bakes up perfectly. Use for personal pizzas, a big pizza to share, or pizza rolls—all in about 20 minutes!
These Baked Sheet Pan Nachos have a tender potato base and are topped with black beans, cheese, salsa and veggies. They're a total family dinner hit. (You can add some of the ingredients to some of the areas—leaving the spinach off, adding more salsa or spice—to customize for everyone at the table.)
This Cheesy Rice recipe has four options to add in veggies and has been a staple of my family's diet for a few years now. It's SO easy and versatile—and stores wonderfully in the fridge. And it's downright delish!
This quick Rice Noodle Salad is a favorite family dinner when I don't feel like cooking—you just have to boil water and the rest is assembly only! It takes about 20 minutes and is so fresh and delish.
This Pizza Rolls recipe is packed with nutrition—and even greens!—but the cheese and silly spiral shape makes them much more appealing to toddlers and big kids. Be sure to grease your pan well and roll the dough up fairly tightly around the fillings for best results. (But it's okay if they don't look perfect when they go into the pan!)
With a short ingredient list and cooking time, these Salmon Nuggets are ready in about 20 minutes and are crispy on the outside and tender in the middle. They are such a delicious meal to share with the kids.
With a short ingredient list, quick method that takes just about 20 minutes, and bright, fresh flavor, this creamy Lemon Ricotta Pasta is a favorite pasta dish to share with the kids. You can even add peas or spinach if you like!
You can try serving this to your toddler with the components separated if they aren’t quite up to holding and eating a regular taco. Simply arrange the filling, the tortillas, and toppings on a plate and let them eat them however they like!
This creamy Carrot Soup is easy and comforting, and it's a great vegetarian soup to share with the kids. Add some crackers or pita alongside to round out this meal.
With hints of garlic and ginger, these Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs are flavorful and a perfect protein to serve with rice or noodles and broccoli or green beans as an easy family meal. You can bake them in the oven or make them in the Air Fryer.
These tender Salmon Cakes are easy, flavorful, and an affordable way to serve salmon to the whole family. Try over salad, grains, or tucked into a roll as a salmon burger.
With just four simple and affordable ingredients, you can make tender Baked Chicken Meatballs to share with the kids. Bonus: You can tuck a veggie into the mix, and they are perfect to batch-cook and stash in the freezer!
Try making a super easy Indian food recipe at home with this mild Instant Pot Chana Masala. It's easy to make, freezes beautifully, and packs extra veggies tucked right into the sauce. (This will likely make enough for two meals—I like to freeze the second half for a future week.)
Learn how to make the quickest Pizza Toast to share with the kids for an easy lunch or dinner. This is the fastest way to get the flavors we love of pizza, with less work!
