This YTF Community meal plan is a perk of being a member, in addition to weekly bonus posts with realistic feeding advice and extra recipes. This one covers the first week of the new year (and some of the previous due to the way the calendar falls) and is filled with veggie-forward, yet simple recipes.

Each recipe is meant to be shared by the entire family though you can customize the meal plan to suit your own needs. Highlights include the Double Chocolate Muffins (shown above), Hidden Veggie Mac and Cheese, and quick Pizza Beans (which are so much more delicious than I ever expected them to be!)

I use these plans as a place to start my planning and I simply edit the recipes as works best for me for the week. I assume most families will use them in a similar way, too. Which means I often remove a few recipes to make room in my own schedule for leftovers or takeout and change the servings on each individual recipe as needed.
