Peaches and cream oatmeal in two bowls with peaches on side.

I love making all kinds of oatmeal with fruit, but peach oatmeal might be my favorite. It’s fresh, flavorful, and comes together in less than 10 minutes. And you can add any toppings you like, too, which is fun for the kids to customize their own bowl.

Adding cream to peach oatmeal makes it rich and creamy, and turns it into a riff on a dessert—which might just make starting the day a little more appealing!

You can serve this as toddler breakfast idea and it works to make it ahead too, if you want to do some toddler meal prep. (Or just enjoy it yourself!)

  1. 5 stars
This was SO good – definitely reminiscent of the packaged stuff I grew up on, but without the artificial taste. I used half and half because that was all I had, but it was still creamy and delicious. Can’t wait to make it again.

  2. Hi! I was going to make this but I don’t have heavy cream- can I use half and half instead ? Same amount ? Or something else ? Thanks
